From idea through code to rollout

I look at a problem from several sides at once. How the client sees it, what the board needs, what the team does and where time disappears in the process. That is usually where an easy-to-miss opportunity shows up.

Then I decide what needs a process change, what needs automation and what can simply go. When there is no brief, I think like the person who asked for the work. What exactly do they want? What is essential and what can be skipped?

I build the tool myself. I design it, write the code, roll it out and train the people who will use it. No handover to a vendor, no waiting in the IT queue.

I use AI in production. A RAG assistant with database-level access isolation and measured answer quality, automations in n8n, integrations with Microsoft 365, Slack, Pipedrive and ClickUp.

How I work

  1. 01

    Find

I check how work really flows and where time disappears.

  2. 02

    Build

I write the tool from database schema to interface, with tests.

  3. 03

    Roll out

Rollout, training and integrations with tools the team already uses.
